From the first time I ever captured a birth, I knew that birth work was my calling
I first started learning photography when my oldest was a baby. I'm self-taught and have a passion for learning.
As I grew, I was trying to find something that brought me so much joy and something that was sustainable for me as a business. I tried weddings, and just felt so burnt out.
Once I started specializing in Birth photography, I was blessed in so many ways! My business grew more than it ever had (and that was even during 2020!) and I found a joy and power in capturing these moments for these strong and powerful Mamas!
After attending several births, I knew that there was more that I could do for my clients. I felt the small little nudge that there was more. And that's when I got my doula training.
And while I don't take on doula clients specifically, I feel like I can help any of clients and bring a good energy in the room for them.
All Mothers deserve to be supported in their birth plan regardless of what it is. And I love doing that.
Birth is amazing. Women are amazing. And I feel so blessed to be doing this work!
God has blessed me with this gift and I am thankful that I can bless others!
